"5 college friends stayed here for a weekend and we had an excellent time. Plenty of bedroom space. Very clean. (My friends were pleased that I hooked us up with such a nice place!) Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!"

"Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house!
