"Boutique type hotel 10 minutes walk to cruise terminal 46 Southhampton. Excellent location opposite Queens Park, quiet. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen facilities, air con and bathroom. Slept well.
Friendly staff although some are quite young and inexperienced.
Slight negatives- tv reception not very good as stations dropped out, tv remote was filthy so I cleaned it myself, stairwell didn't seem to be cleaned in the 2 nights I was there.
Didn't eat at the cafe inside hotel as I found a couple of...

"It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay.
Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. "
