"Breakfast, “homemade”, was included but unfortunately my mom and I had to be at my son’s wedding venue before 9:00 which is when breakfast was served! Property was definitely “pet friendly” as we ran into our “friendly doggy neighbors” which was an added bonus!! Property Owner “Jim” was very nice & helpful and made us feel at home!! We will definitely be going back!! "

Adequate breakfast, exactly what you expect, hot eggs, bacon and muffin sandwiches, waffle maker and toppings, hot oatmeal with toppings and assorted fruit and other items. I would’ve likes a better yougurt variety, only strawberry and blueberry two different brands, not my fave. "

"I would have appreciated a kinder greeting at check-in. While the gentleman was just OK he did seem very put off by me interrupting his evening ice cream. The property and room was good, but the restaurant and bar were not open as posted that was a disappointment."

"Was in and out of the property upon check-in within about two minutes flat. Communication has been poor about a full refund. Upon walking in, we were greeted with hair all over the toilet and in the bathtub and shower, as well as when pulling down the bed when the owner asked me if the beds were at least made, there was also hair in the bed. I don’t know if it was some kind of prank, but it was horrific. I am still waiting to hear on the refund. "
