I ended up having to detach the light myself. Also, we had a few suspicious insect bites in groups of threes that reminded me of bed bugs."

"Food delicious, arrives hot when ordering for room service. Rooms are daily cleaned although not for the last 2 days. Clean otherwise. Staff are helpful and always welcoming by greeting guests with a smile. Air conditioning is never a problem. Wifi can be slow. TV wifi connection is poor, need tech to sort it out."
