"Property is very well kept. Rooms are charming and quaint. Restaurant was across the hall from our room and food was great. Drinks were great! And the beach bar with live entertainment was a huge bonus! My wife and I had an awesome time at the nest! And it was only a 20 minute drive the Saratoga racetrack!"

"Our room was nice and clean. The only problem we had was it smelled like a can of Pledge exploded in our room. We opened the windows and thought it would dissipate by the time we got back from dinner, but sadly it did not. It was so bad that I almost went and slept in our car. We got up and left early because of the smell of our room."

"I was a huge fan of Brookmere and I will go back. However, I was quite sad to see every trip resulted in more issues than the last. I suspect the hotel is very thinly staffed because the issues stemmed from lack of care rather than poor facilities. e.g. Housekeeping would clean the bathroom but leave all the hair on the floor, repeatedly.
