"Friendly staff"

"The hotel seemed new and the room was clean. However, there were two issues. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed and the bathroom floor was very wet after a shower. I had the thermostat on 60, the air never cut off and it was never really cool in the room. Front desk staff were great!"

"Cockroaches on curtain in bedroom. Sanitary napkins on bathroom floor behind sink. Room had bad odor"

"We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!"

"It was a unique experience that I would receive messages asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. I asked for a mug so I can make tea and a few minutes later, I received it. The room was very spacious."

"Nice location and secure. The room met our expectations. While it was obvious that staff existed, they were not actually seen. We checked in and out via a kiosk, which offered no problem. The room was in excellent condition. A chair was obviously old, dingy, and had the look that a cat had used it. It was a convenient pet-friendly environment (no issues for our dog!). "We didn't like much our room (main level of the Inn), particularly the bathroom. It was dark and uncomfortable to use the sink. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, and very nice and friendly staff."

"They have air fresheners plugged in lobbie and a couple hallway to help with musty smell. Rooms smell like a wet basement. Humidity is bad. Mold on windows. Paint peeling around windows because of humidity. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Sink water smells like sulfur. Breakfast was a joke. Sausage links, eggs, hash browns. Went down at 8am and everything was cold. Had to use microwave. Then next day it was the left overs from day before. You could easily tell. Also parking lot was empty...

"Desk clerk very surly-no breakfast-no coffee- neither bed lamp worked-feet were black from walking on filthy floor-sheets had sand or crumbs in them-Security lock on door had half missing-two very thin towels and bath cloths- (could literally see through them)-No room phone-no clock-TV had only basic cable-AC leaked water on floor- I would stay in a tent in the rain before I would stay here again. Tried to think of a positive to report -(Ice machine worked) Do not stay here"

"The room was clean and adequate and appeared recently removated. Bed was comfortable. Airconditioning, though, did not cool during the night. (Ambient room temp app showed 78 degrees when we had the conditioner set on 68.). Areas of the ceiling had water stains in the room as well as the bathroom. Freezer section in fridge had too much frost. And, for a request (and paid) for a handicap/acessible room, we were on the second floor and my husband had a hard time climbing the stairs.
