"If this had been the first place that we stayed in during our visit to Croatia, we would have assumed this was the standard. "This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house."

"A rather lovely spacious place and for an excellent off-season price, but we felt like we were a bother. As well, we couldn’t find an open restaurant for supper anywhere within walking distance, even with the help of 3 different locals. A bar graciously provided grilled cheese and ham. Being alone in the “hotel” with no desk as expected didn’t help. The place was just not friendly and not helpful— you’re on your own!"
