Everything was great! The place is full of character, really special. Rafael is a great host, very warm and welcoming. The breakfast is plentiful, but only sweet, so if you prefer savoury breakfast, make sure to mention it to Rafael and he will provide some salty stuff also.

Fantastic surroundings and the facilities are brilliant, especially if you are a cyclist with bike washing areas, storage, underground parking. There are washing/ drying machines and also a workshop should you have mechanical issues. Oudenaarde and Brakel are only short distances away, so ideally located. New restaurant serves great food.
Christine and Guy are brilliant- nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend and we will be staying again (after having stayed many times before!).

We were very welcomed as a family by the owners of the bed & breakfast. They took the time to introduce us to the accommodation and surroundings. This makes it very suitable for travellers and families, especially the spacious family room we’ve booked. The room was well equiped with a practical bathroom.
The included breakfast was fresh and offered all you need to get prepared for an active day cycling, hiking, or running. What we did.
