This hotel was a little tricky to find, but that added to the fun of the trip. It’s located in a quiet area near a park but within minutes of lively streets, restaurants, and shops.
Check-in was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and thorough, going over all hotel information in detail. They even carried our bags up to the room, which was a lovely surprise. There is no elevator; we stayed on the top floor of the 2–3 story building, and the stairs were easy to manage.
The hotel is newly renovated and boutique-style, with furnishings reflecting its charm. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there’s an on-site restaurant offering made-to-order breakfast, though we found it a bit pricey and ate elsewhere.
The only drawback was the heavy fragrance in the lobby and common areas from a partnered vendor’s products (candles, soaps, incense), which could be overwhelming for those sensitive to scents.
Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel in an excellent location.
