The Hotel is a great location for the Market Place, local shops, Museum and Churches. Also close to the canal for a lovely boat ride around Bruges. Lots to see and visit, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The location of the hotel was quite convenient- 10 minute walk from the train station and close to many restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the canal boat tours. Well appointed rooms, very quiet and the breakfast area was fantastic!"

No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...
