"Hotel was a little further from the lifts than we had anticipated… but we had a car so it wasn’t too bad (10 min drive)… but no really good bus service back and forth from the hotel to the lifts… so if you didn’t have a car, you’d have a bit of a predicament on your hands. "Location was good and bed, bathroom was comfortable. Reception staff lacked any care for their guests or facility. We were stuck in a first floor room where we found the ski lockers all broken. Reservations for restaurants were made only online so they wouldn't call for you (I ended up calling and getting a reservation when they couldn't). They don't really help with understanding the buses, getting your ski equipment, etc. I got injured and they seemed to care less. The breakfast is okay but lacks any warmth from the staff or vegetables. Reception closes at 11 pm."
