The reception staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean with Air Con and WiFi working properly. The breakfast was good and there was free water, coffee and sweets for little ones at all times, which were helpful especially with kids.

This hotel was super close to a metro station, and just a 15-minute walk from Brussels-Centraal and other cool spots. The staff was really nice and even gave us some great food recommendations. But honestly, the best part for me was the bed. It was so comfy, and after all that walking, it felt amazing to just crash in it and get some good rest.

Great location, only a 20 minute walk to the Grand Place and on the south side of Brussels, ideal for Brussels Charleroi airport. Our first room was on level -1 and was quite dark with a gap between the bathroom door and wall which meant you could see the person sitting on the toilet. There was also a lot of noise that sounded like a door constantly slamming. However, the hotel staff were very helpful and changed the room the next day to a much quieter location on the ground floor. There was free coffee and water available 24 hours a day and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice hotel in a great location.

The room was clean, had a refrigerator, safe & coffee maker & supplies. They also had coffee maker and cold water in the lobby for us to use. You have to ask for the room to be serviced daily. The negative is that the room location was not good. You can hear the elevator going up and down all night. Also, no privacy because all the room in the back face a corridor and each other which meant you can’t open the curtain. The hotel is near shopping & food facilities. Walkable to the train central station, 17 min walk. Found places to eat, had my nails done, bought fresh fruits, laundry facilities near buy.. walkable. The staff is helpful.

Clean room, other reviews state rooms are small I do not agree plenty for two to explore Brussels. Near to Louise station which is 4 metro stops from Midi where our coach from the airport stopped. We were close to the lobby which concerned me as people relax here and it can be loud. Didn’t cause any issues was very quiet. Great little find and would return. Shutters on windows a great feature for a nice lie in.
