On the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The room was clean and the breakfast was very decent for the price. The hotel is rather noisy though, with noise from the street, from other rooms (TVs and talking), and even the pipes (flushing toilets, showers etc.). But overall a good stay, and the location is excellent for downtown Brussels.

Very nice room, comfortable beds and loved that there was a bathtub. There’s a great restaurant on the rooftop with wonderful views. Only drawback was the room was extremely noisy between outside traffic and thin walls where I could easily hear people in the room next to me until 1am. Also not very strong WiFi which made it hard to get any work done.

Nice room we had, really comfy after a day or sightseeing! We slept well! The elevator was a little slow but not a big deal. We stayed at the hotel during a very hot week so wasn’t much aircon in the lobby but had it in our room! Yummy breakfast too!
