This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years. Two of my previous referrals stayed with me in October 2025. I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts. As a thank you, I gave her my ‘Mary’ dark chocolate truffle. Then your long-standing Concierge was my rock on departure. receive VIP treatment on arrival. The long-standing hotel Concierge was my rock when I departed. My first Uber failed to arrive. I called another one, and then a storm struck. He remained very calm and stayed with me until it arrived. The highlight for me on this stay was to access your magnificent bar! I had the great pleasure of having drinks and nibbles with my friends in such a beautifully decorated room and enjoy its ambience. Merci Beaucoup Hotel Le Plaza Team!
