We had a great time, the apartment was lovely and clean, and located well for both shops (day and night), restaurants, and public transport

The rooms are pleasant and quiet, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Brussels and the staff are very kind and courteous. Would very much recommend them!

We had a great overnight stay. Stylish hotel, large room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great views from room, across Brussels. Friendly and helpful reception and breakfast room staff. We would stay here again

Glad to be one of the first guests at this cool new hotel, had a great stay. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the toiletries/fragrances and the gym options needs to be improved. Bobby

The service is great and i love the cosy feel of the bar and restaurant. From a condition perspective I think it's looking a little tired in places. There are very few wall sockets in the rooms, some of which I have found not to work. Places to sit with colleagues in the morning/during the day to have a short meeting are very limited.

Excellent hotel. Right on a corner of a reasonably quiet neighbourhood. There is some contruction work happening outside at other properties on the street (September 2019) so can be noisy but not the fault of the hotel. Has a small underground carpark with 10 spaces which is quite tight and was £20 per night. Staff friendly, interior looks nice. Two floors with a traditional tiny euopean elevator/lift. Didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on thaT element. Wifi was solid. Sta.dard...

Booked last-minute due to a cancelled flight. Staff were friendly and offered a breakfast bag when we said we were leaving early. Room was really big for the price we paid and spotless.

This hotel is an absolute gem, especially if you are travelling on the Eurostar. Clean, comfortable and exceptionally convenient. The hotel is attached to the train station so I always find it very straightforward, especially if I am coming in late on the Eurostar or setting off early. The staff are very friendly and breakfast is enjoyable. Hotel is clean and I find the beds really comfortable. Perfect location, loved it

Location and price were great for the quality of hotel. The single beds were large and comfortable and it was nice to have a seating area. The bar and pool in the hotel are great. The views from our room were a bit bleak but didn’t really matter. The black out blinds were great. Would highly recommend.
