"Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. "

"Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you...

"I’d like to write something bad to ensure that I always can get a room here … but I won’t. The rooms are so unique and the bathroom was huge. The free breakfast was perfect and had something for everyone. We arrived past midnight and the overnight staff was super friendly. They have free bottles of water and a water refill station too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the baseball a football stadium AND 15 minutes (in the opposite direction) to the famous Pike Place market. Plenty of places...
