"Me gustó mucho el hotel y la ubicación muy práctica tanto para salir a pasear como para el aeropuerto, excelente ubicación, lo único que no me gustó es que no hubiera cafetera o de perdido para calentar agua en la habitación, ya que soy de las que toman café de madrugada"

"The location was perfect! Near the airport and with a great free shuttle service that takes you to the metro (back and forth) all day long and to the airport within 15 minutes. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was also good and for only $12 euros. And the air conditioning works! Which is a plus in this hot summer! The people that work in the hotel were very kind and happy to help. This a very good option if you are looking for a convenient, safe and clean hotel in Milan!"

"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...

The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was excellent—it actually costs less than what most other places charge. It’s close to the train station, though the hotel itself is a bit on the pricier side and feels a little dated. But if you want tons of clean space and a good breakfast that's reasonably priced compared to the rest of the area, it's a solid choice."
