La ubicación es buena, el departamento muy limpio y sin duda cuenta con todo lo indispensable para la estadía. Lo único malo es que mencionaron que la alberca grande estaba en mantenimiento los días lunes, el miércoles pregunté y mencionaron lo mismo. Pagué el depa con alberca y de primero no mencionaron porque no nos habían podido dar ese hasta que vi que la alberca no tenía mantenimiento y hasta el día siguiente sin tema nos cambiaron de depa.

Un lugar muy buenoi pero creo que pueden dar toallas mas nuevas y algo de jabon porque en mi caso toalla muy malas y ningun jabon de baño o papel. No cuidan tanto la piscina o lugares en comunes. Pero son habitaciones espaciosas y nuevas. Cerca de playa y todos los restaurantes

Todo muy bien, solo tienen que reemplazar la cabecera de la regadera apunta para todos lados y moja incluso afuera de la regadera salí de bañarme y mi ropa estaba mojada del otro lado del cristal

Primero lo positivo. La propiedad tiene buena ubicación. Esta a 5-8 minutos de la playa caminando. Esta en una zona tranquila y es bastante segura. Ahora en lo que se puede mejorar. Primero ciertas partes de la habitación no fueron limpiadas adecuadamente. El microondas tenía pedazos de carne esparcidos por todo el interior de los previos huéspedes que se quedaron allí antes que nosotras. Y en la esquina de la cama a la izquierda habia un olor a orina. Tuvimos que pedirle a el personal de limpieza que entraran a limpiar varias veces debido a esto. También solo nos proporcionaron con un rollo de papel higiénico para una semana de hospedaje. Siendo que eramos dos personas, se nos hizo muy poco contar con solo uno. Y por último el personal en recepción casi nunca estaban presentes y se nos hizo difícil contactarnos con ellos cuando se nos ofrecía algo. Si tuvimos comunicación con otras personas por teléfono, lo cual ayudo, pero se nos hubiera facilitado hablar con alguien personalmente en la propiedad para resolver nuestras necesidades mas pronto. En total es una buena propiedad con buena ubicación y a buen precio. Solo hace falta ciertos cambios para mejorar los servicios.

La propiedad está bien ubicada, solo estuvimos un día, las fotos son tal cual, un detalle para mejorar, las chapas o manijas de las puerta de las recámaras, se atoran y se salen, se nos cerrro una vez la habitación, Abrimos y todo bien

Es bonito, limpio, tal cual se ve en fotos, relativamente muy cerca de la playa. Al principio hubo un muy mal error de comunicación, me dieron la clave de otra habitación por error, abrí y estaban dos personas de la tercera edad extranjeras, fue muy incómodo. Las camas y el sillón también son incómodas muy, muy duras. Se escucha lo que dicen los vecinos. Pero en general bien
