Rude, unhelpful and untrustworthy - Avoid!
Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!! We booked with breakfast and a late checkout and the hotel wouldn’t honour either, even though it clearly states it on our booking. Receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout. The towels in the room were visibly stained and the doors to the rooms need to be slammed shut so there’s no opportunity for restful sleep. Spend a little extra and go with a reputable hotel - this place isn’t worth it!

Hello, We are very sorry you had to experience this. When you arrived we tried to explain you and even show you that the reservation we got said very clear BREAKFAST EXCLUDED. We also tried to talk to expedia for this and resolve the problem.We are again very sorry, we tried to resolve the situation , which again was not our fault.Thank you!

The staff here are very nice and generally this is a good place to say. My only criticism is that it is really pretty noisy and if you are a light sleeper, well, good luck... 😂
