"This was obviously an older hotel, but it was very well maintained. The restaurant was good, and the staff was very helpful. There is not much parking available, but valet parking was just $20 per day, so that was convenient. It was located very close to the sites in town. I’m not sure the breakfast bar was worth an additional $15, but it was good. I enjoyed the stay."

"The fire alarms were going off in the middle of the. I the end early morning due to faulty wiring. They also need to hire more staff, the bar tender was alone during the free beverage hour and I felt bad for him. They also make their staff take the hot service elevator during heat advisories. I would have been very happy with our stay if they treated staff better and if we weren’t woken up at 4am. The room was great and spacious enough for our family. Location was also great."

"Clean hotel in Hot Springs. There are not many options for breakfast, and on weekends it is only until 9 am, but the staff is very helpful and allowed my daughter some cereal after 9 am."

"Older hotel, but well located and easy access to Hot Springs shopping, museums, hikes, restaurants, etc... By being an older hotel, there were things that couldn't be helped regarding appearance, but the staff was superb which made the experience and stay an excellent one!!"

"Do not ever stay at this hotel, no refrigerator or microwave. Nothing was as it said on website.very disappointing place, did not even have a coffee pot in the room or a place on premises to get a cup."

"Room was clean and comfortable. The property was well kept. There was a surprising amount of privacy and the setting was very serene. Breakfast was top notch. Shout out to April who can put together some seriously delicious food. Very romantic atmosphere and worth the trip. Would definitely recommend and I will be back again."

"Very clean hotel! Seemed to be new! The front desk personnel were kind, helpful with our bags and ideas of places to eat! The breakfast was usual but we knew that and mostly want coffee and just a small bite. The location is about 8 mins from the main drag but on same road. We would stay again!"
