"We were in town for the World Cup and this hotel was perfect. We were close enough to easily access all of the fan experiences and there were plenty of food and drink options close by (many within walking distance). The hotel suite we had was spacious, and I loved that it has 2 full bathrooms! Every space was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and incredibly nice. We would absolutely choose this hotel for any return trip to KC."

"We came into town for a girl's weekend and are so glad we stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites on Metcalf in Overland Park. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, plus there were plenty of choices for coffee, food, and shopping right near the hotel. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were amazingly comfortable, which made relaxing and sleeping so nice.The breakfast and evening food were both delicious, with plenty to choose from, which saved us money and gave us more time to spend together rather than fighting crazy traffic. Even though it was a busy weekend in KC, the entire Overland Park staff was incredibly polite and accommodating whenever we needed anything. They always spoke, which made us feel like family.Stephanie, who checked us in, even remembered my niece's 21st birthday and surprised her with a card with a personal note! It was so sweet of her to remember, which totally made her weekend.I can proudly say that even though we booked through a third-party site, we weren't treated like second-class guests, which has happened to us at other hotel chains. This is the first time we have stayed at a Drury Hotel, but we will definitely be customers for life!"

"We were very impressed with the hotel. Staff (including manager) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. AC worked fairly well too, which was appreciated in the Kansas City heat. Our boys enjoyed the indoor pool. No major thrills but plenty big. We also used the laundry services which were nice - major plus you could buy quarters from the front desk to use for laundry. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Ms. Ryan at the Registration Desk was simply amazing. I purchased a stay at the Fontaine for my step daughter and son in law for their honeymoon and she made everything amazing for them! She took care of all of the special details…Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in their room at check in among others. They were so surprised and impressed! Thank you for making their first night incredible!"
