"What I didn't like was that the staff who prepared the food allowed dogs into the area where the food is although there are signs before entry into that area and in the area that dogs are not allowed. The cook even played with the dog in that area disregarding the sign. I complained to the front desk. They said saud they did not see it."

"You could not get in the back doors.The keys never worked. And they never did anything about it. Also, my daughter was walking through the lobby Several times talking to the staff about the keys and she went out to the car and she fell asleep.The staff said they never saw her.This was 3am in the morning. If the staff talks to somebody three times in the a m and a frantic mother asks them, have you seen anybody?And they say, no, all of our safety is in jeopardy At this location"

"Our flight arrived later than we were expecting and by the time we left the airport, picked up our rental car and grabbed dinner, we didn't get to the hotel until after 1am. Check-in was super easy. I called to give a heads up of our late arrival and the gentleman at the front counter knew who I was right when I walked in and had everything ready to go. "The pool was broken and not usable. We came down for breakfast this morning, only to find they did not have a breakfast prepared for some reason."

"i wouldn't stay again for the money you have to provide your own essentials clean and buy your own cleaning supplies take out your own trash it's sort of a hotel but not the people here are very nice and helpful but there are a few sketchy people no dishes etc not like other extended stays"
