"Genuinely think this would be a wonderful resort! Unfortunately we ran into a few issues with the uncleanliness of the corridors which needed a good hoover and also had children running up and down the corridors at all hours of both nights of our stay and banging on doors. I did phone reception about this and they dealt with this the best they could - it was parents who needed informed."

"The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so."

"Let me start by saying if you are there for the view, it was amazing. Upon check-in, we entered the main office & one woman was up front. I could tell that she was irritated. She was not very friendly to say the least. Instead of welcoming us to her place of employment where our trip was helping to pay her paycheck, she was a sour puss & made it very clear (her words exactly)....NO RADIO ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY! NO MUSIC AT POOL, NO MUSIC AT THEIR BEACH AREA, & NO MUSIC IN YOUR ROOM! You...

"Can't get over just how charming the room was. It was immaculate & the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They provided beach towels and kayaks, paddleboards, etc which was a plus. We were very comfortable & extremely pleased. Highly recommend!!"

"The houseboat were a great experience not only for the kid's but the adults also. Seeing the manatees swim around the cove was awesome! It was a great place to meet your neighbors as the porches are very close. The swimming pool is a great addition to the property! If going back to the area, I would definitely go there again! We really enjoyed our visit there!"
