"This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money."

"Hotel is clearly a bit older and not well insulated so you can hear everything from the rooms surrounding you. The rooms also have connecting doors to each other that while they can lock was an unpleasant surprise given the screaming child having a meltdown at 7:30AM and the lack of sound proofing. Would not ever plan on staying there again. It was a more affordable option but not worth it. Also there isn't enough parking for their location so if you get in late you may not have a spot."

"We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!"

"Comfortable, well located, and charming. Room was clean and well appointed. The staff was super helpful and breakfast was delicious. The pool had great evening sun! We will be returning to this wonderful property. You can see the owners and helpers work very hard to make it all go smoothly!"

"It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! "What a hidden gem! We were looking for an overnight on the Cape close to all our favorite places and this was the perfect place. Host so incredibly gracious - hospitality is alive at this place! The room was clean and spacious, the grounds immaculate and beautiful- pool and Adirondack chairs. The picnic basket in the morning was such a fun and delicious treat. We will be back!"

"It was a very cute and spacious room. Check in was quick and efficient. The fire pit was nice and didn’t use the pool but it looked clean."
