"We would of easily give five stars to this resort.
But the wifi doesn't work. No wifi in the room and some outside the room.
The staff indicated the attena has been been fixed for over 6 months. This is extremely poor service to their guest.
For many of us, having Internet access is important especially since we don't have local service in the area.
So, not smart tv services in the room as well"

"I recommend to get an updated/renovated room. The deluxe room did have much space to walk as the balcony was right infront of our bed but it managed. We got pool view room which O expected more noise than anticipated but to our surprise it wasn’t that loud, the room keeping ladies were attentive. "Great boutique hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. It is very central to all the wineries and easy to drive to. The rooms were clean and the pool was also nice. We didnt really explore the property but we hung out by the pool for a bit before dinner. They do have horses on the property as well as quads.
You can also book a driver to take you from winery to winery which we used and was so great to have. We had an issue with one of the rooms in our party and they were very quick about getting it taken...
