O Juan foi super solícito e atencioso. Deixa fazer check out sem horário pré definido, o que é muito bom. O local é perto das duas principais avenidas da cidade e é bem seguro deixar os pertences no quarto. Os únicos pontos negativos são: ter que pagar a mais para usar o ar condicionado, limpeza que deixou a desejar e interior dos quartos e banheiro, com pintura descascada/mofada e afins, além do banheiro ser muito pequeno e sem janela.
