The property has some areas that are run down. The room was nice. Had some electrical issues though the Hilton honors breakfast was very good and the valet bellhop staff was extremely nice.

This is a very good option if looking for a good 4 star hotel while visiting the city or on margin of a cruise. While furniture is a bit used, room is clean and spacious. Hotel offers great quiet rooms (if facing back), and is near port terminal (short taxi ride), two blocks from shopping mall (Pacifico Galleria), and pedestrian street - Florida street, etc.

We had a great stay and as a Platinum we were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious corner suite. They have a nice indoor pool to use after a day of shopping. Very convenient hotel for tourism in walking distance to major attractions and dinner in Puerto Madero

Staff was friendly and helpful, which was especially welcome after a long flight from the US. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a short taxi ride from AEP, and the staff arranged a taxi for me since I had to leave so early in the morning (3:30am).

This was initially advertised as Meliá Hotel in Expedia. It was a surprise to me when I arrived to see it was a Doubletree. Staff was very nice and polite. The rooms were very clean too. Bathrooms lack of airflow but if you open the windows and turn on the AC you won’t notice the smell.

The staff was nice. The room was spacious. However, the bathrooms were bad. We stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 different occasions. The first time the bathtub was completely clogged. The second time, the shower was not working. They need to have a better maintenance of bathrooms.
