The staff were fantastic. Made you feel really welcome. Excellent location , safe with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking. It's easy to get to all the places tourists would want to visit. You can walk to a lot of them and not far to a bus stop that can get you to the rest.

Honestly this was An amazing hotel from the staff to the views from the balcony. Pablo at the front desk was amazing!!!! The room was extremely clean and if you went to ADA next door you get a 10% discount. The area was super safe to walk at night as well and many restaurants near by. It’s in a good location where you can walk to things. I would stay here at again.

Le commerce. La chambre et les équipements sont très bien ! Mais les réceptionnistes sont un peu froids et culpabilisants. Arrivé en avance, ils me demandent 70 dollars pour accéder à ma chambre avant le check-in… Pas très commerçant, mais bon, ça fait partie du jeu : l’heure, c’est l’heure. On ressent vraiment une certaine arrogance chez certains Portèños, rien à voir avec le centre et le sud de l’Argentine. En revanche, le lendemain, une autre réceptionniste a été fabuleuse, et je lui adresse toutes mes amitiés. Quel bonheur d’être reçu de cette manière ! Rien à voir avec l’accueil de la veille.

Hier ist eine sachlich-kritische, sprachlich saubere Bewertung – ohne Schönreden: Bewertung: Vilon Recoleta Hotel Das Hotel macht nach außen einen guten Eindruck, hält aber in mehreren Punkten nicht, was es verspricht. Ein früherer Check-in oder ein späterer Check-out war nicht möglich. Als „Zugabe“ gab es zwei Flaschen Wasser – was nötig ist, denn das Leitungswasser ist weder trinkbar noch genießbar. Leitungswasser wird zwar an der Rezeption und im Gym angeboten, ansonsten hat man nur zwei Optionen: außerhalb Wasser kaufen und ins Hotel schleppen oder im Hotel kleine Flaschen für jeweils 2 US-Dollar bezahlen. Beides ist ärgerlich. Der Balkon ist faktisch unbenutzbar, da die Klimaanlage direkt dort verbaut ist. Sitzen bei laufender Anlage ist dadurch kaum möglich. Der Dachpool misst etwa 3 × 9 Meter bei rund 70 cm Tiefe. Das ist eher eine größere Sitzbadewanne als ein Pool – enttäuschend, wenn man Fotos und Beschreibung auf der Website glaubt. Besonders negativ: Auf der Website wird mit einem „Super-Frühstück“ geworben. Vor Ort stellt sich heraus, dass es nicht inklusive ist und mit 18 US-Dollar extra berechnet wird. Das ist irreführend und nicht akzeptabel. Fazit: Angesichts dieser Punkte ist nicht nachvollziehbar, wie dieses Hotel als „gut“ oder gar „sehr gut“ bewertet wird. Preis-Leistung und Transparenz stimmen hier nicht.

Excellent hotel - very clean and spacious room. Had a lovely balcony with a hot tub. Staff on reception were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was excellent and with a big selection from a menu. Well located in a very safe and lovely area of BA. Only slight criticism would be the cleanliness of the pool on the roof. Would highly recommend

Fijne kamer, schoon. Goed bed. Goede airco. Alles ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. Centrale ligging en hulpvaardig receptie-personeel. Met name Pablo gaf goede tips en leuke gesprekjes. Aangrenzend restaurant had heerlijk ontbijt en daar ook ontzettende aardige serveerster, ondanks de kleine taalbarrière bleef ze vrolijk en geduldig. Prima tijd gehad! Balkon en zwembad/buitenruimte zijn wel wat klein. Prettig dat de koffers bij in- en uitcheck daar konden staan en we gebruik konden maken van de mooie ruimte boven om op te frissen.

Lindo hotel y céntrico para caminar a distintos lugares. Personal muy amable todo el tiempo. El restaurante adjunto ADA muy rico también. Un poco más de detalle en la limpieza de la habitación los ayudaría a mejorar aún más. Pero en general todo muy bien.
