"It’s an older building, and you can tell. The elevator scared me, the doors didn’t want to close at one point and the noise was a bit unnerving. The rooms were clean but didn’t feel like a hotel, more like a one room apartment building. Not somewhere I would feel comfortable going again."

I wish the area was a little better built up. A lot of businesses closed but the grounds of hotel and restaurant inside made up for it. Plus easy drive to amazing areas. "Nicest Embasy Suites that I’ve been in. The rims were spacious and newly feeling! For some reason, we didn’t get our room cleaned in full. Just our sofa bed was made up and we were given new towels so but disappointed on the detail orient! The valet was useful and easy and the restaurant in the hotel was nice as well. Good overall experience"

"Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. My son was a little taken aback by it and didn't love the boarded up / semi burned building next door... That said it seemed like a safe...

"We came to Buffalo for the Falls; and enjoying the city. The bed and breakfast was an “add on” to the experience. Buffalo Harmony House MADE the experience. We plan to stay again when we’re back later this year for a Patriots game. LOVE the hosts and the staff. They made it amazing for us! Breakfast was TOP TIER!"

"My family loved our stay here. The location is great. Chick-fil-a, McDonalds and Starbucks are within walking distance. Super close to shopping as well. Was very close to the border as well. The hotel itself was very clean and staff were very helpful. The pool is good and was nice they had a few things for people to use while swimming. We will definitely stay here again"
