The bed sheets and bathroom were clean but the floor was dirty. The property had cigarette butts and smoke stink all over the place. I wouldn't recommend the place.

Incompetent Front Desk. She assigned our room to another person after we checked in to the room. When we came back that night, our card keys had been turned off. The front desk is not 24 hours. The number I called couldn't do anything. We had to sleep in the car. I would not recommend this motel.

The management did not have any information about my reservation. They had put up a sign to get money refunded by their booking as the hotel was full. Also, breakfast was supposed to be there, but the property had been taken over by a new company and the information was not updated yet.

There is no overnight desk staff. The desk staff are behind glass and the property is generally run down. They do have washing on site and kitchenettes if your staying for a while and just want a home base to sleep - it's okay. They allow guest to hang out outside and smoke week and cigs, drink and party which is not attractive at all. There are 2 other hotels very close that looked much nicer and had breakfast - wishing I had stayed at one of those instead but since I was busy most of the time and not in the hotel it was fine. Bed was fine, no bugs. I wouldn't bring my kids here if traveling with a family.

The room was not clean, had very little soap or toilet paper, and was missing drawers in the dressers. The furniture was also very scratched up and there was no trash can. There was some loose garbage in the hallway as well.

First there were people sitting around outside and there was trash on the ground. The lady at the counter didn’t say hello, welcome or anything. She had an AirPod in and was actively on a call while checking me in. Property has no ice machine or in room coffee machine. During inspection, a baby roach crawled into the outlet and the sink ran water all over the counter when I turned it on. I later found out that people live there. Horrible experience! Not to mention, no breakfast. The toilet is so little or low to the ground that my wife nearly fell every time she used it.

This place should not be on Expedia! I’ve booked many hotels, tickets, etc on Expedia but never had an experience of booking and paying in full, getting confirmation, and when getting there( 9 hours of driving), told by front desk young woman that she doesn’t have any availability and she is in -12( negative 12 bookings) The young woman that worked the reception told us that her boss and everyone else went on vacation to India, she is there all by herself and the system doesn’t even show her my phone number so I can be contacted. Do not book this place , save your nerves ! Expedia should remove this motel from their stay options!

This was easily the worst stay I have ever had. The listing is confusing, because it states this is Motel 6 in Amherst but this is NOT. This is studio 6, and the property is extremely old and very unclean. They don’t have computers of any kind. The property is so outdated with appliances that appeared to be older than I am. They did not have a shower curtain. The staff leaves at 10 pm and the machine they use to code the keys kept messing up. I had to go back down twice during the stay. Definitely do not stay here unless they update this at some point which possibly someone will do in the future since motel 6 recently purchased it. I had to clean the bathroom a bit myself before I even sat on anything because cigarette ashes were on things. I went to the Motel 6 in Amherst first which is how they advertise this and that place was fine. Check the address and make sure you know what you are renting.
