The room was fine and clean customer service was great the hotel just smelled off. It had a really bad Oder once you got upstairs in the hallways. Smelled like someone was constantly smoking.

They do have great area for pets when u take them out for a walk the only thing that I didn’t see was a pool but over all great place for the price !

I had a great stay and will be staying there in the future, its nice and clean, great rooms, i would Recommend bringing your own bathroom towels, toilet paper, Washcloths, ect , Since it seems they dont provide much

We did not mention this to the front desk. Our room had been smoked in previously. It’s was covered up by the cleaning solution… but was very prominent. No coffee maker in the room…there is coffee machine in the lobby but only when the staff return will it be available and that time was 9am. Really doesn’t help when guest hours are different than the staff’s 9am arrival. Also no hair dryer either. No cutains/drapes on the window. Only a horizontal slat blind. Light comes through all night. You can hear all the traffic and people shutting their doors. The room was clean ….nothing wrong physically with the room and the staff were nice. As expedia members it seems we always get the first room off the elevator….this is quite annoying due to the many people in and out of the elevators. The room cost us $100 per night. We have stayed in $80 per night that had free breakfast, 24hr front desk, coffe maker, and hair dryer in each room. Our room did look new. And was very clean. But again someone had smoked inside the room. Too tired to report it. It’s was a safe clean place to sleep. And that’s what we needed for our one night travels.

Friendly Staff

The staff was very professional and very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the floor in our room was dirty and very sticky. It seemed like the hotel might have been short staffed unfortunately. But again, the staff was great.

My check in process was phenomenal 🙌 Front desk Attendant was very professional and informed me that all entrances lock at 10pm for safety. I felt safe and secure in such a clean and spacious environment!

This place was new and felt really safe. The only downside was the lack of toilet paper and no facial tissue. Oddly, there were no ironing board or iron, or hairdryer either. Honestly though, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. We managed. Overall, because of its cleanliness and safe area and decent beds, I still give this a 10/10.

Internet didn’t work, not enough towels or wash cloths and i had to go get them when needed, i spilled a drink but also had to go get mop and clean myself. Elevator out the entire trip. However the young man at check in was amazing, he found me a room on 2 nd floor because I have lung problems. There is an electrical problem with an outlet in room 229, he turned breaker off. Staying there again is not an option

Too soon to open up

The hotel is fairly new which is why I choose to stay there. However I don’t think it was quite ready to open up. The staff are great no complaints there. But it was no hot water no hair dryer or iron or iron board. We had to ask for it and get it check out l at tue front desk. The beds are very weak they were standing on skinny legs that made the bed rock and seems like at any time we were going to fall. They close at 10pm and open up at 9am so if we needed extra towels or anything we had to wait until they open up at 9am in the morning. The stay just could have been better.
