"This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed at and definitely the best in our Uzbekistan trip. It is not only excellent location but foremost abour wonderful professional personnel from the reception desk to the kitchen. Every communication is friendly clear and very helpful. Every detail in the room thought through, the decor throughout the property is delightful, the breakfast is simply great! Owners definitely know what they are doing and even experienced travelers will be impressed, especially considering the very affordable rate. I highly recommend that property to anyone looking for place to stay in Bukhara."
"The location for this hotel is absolutley fantastic, i would book this agsin just for the location. It is in the centre of the unesco heritage sites and ancient trading domes. The taxi can come right up to the hotel unlike some other hotels which are on narrow pedestrian only streets.
Some things to think about...
* cash only hotel- does not accept cars
* Mwhrob charged more on arrival than what hotel.com stated on confirmation reciept. This was because tax has increased and hotels.com has not updated us. ( for the four of us it was an extea 15.00 gpb
* i was very dissapointed to see that breakfast was only till 9am! Again the breakfast times were stated wrong online. Half the family missed breakfast because of this.
* hotel loooks much better in real than in photos...this is for most of the hotels in bukhara."
"The hotel is reasonably priced and from that point of view it was a good deal. My room was fine but the property itself is charming . It has a nice walkway to the dining area although the food in the dining area was disappointing. The breakfast had variety but was cold. I had dinner there snd it was marginal. The reception staff is very pleasant. The hotel is popular with tour groups."
"After the fiasco in Tashkent and Samarkand, I was genuinely relieved to finally be somewhere that got everything right. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the Old Town and enjoy everything it has to offer. The room was super cute and full of charm, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. A little gem that made my stay in Bukhara all the more special!"
"A stunning boutique hotel close to old town of Bukhara. The club suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. Staff were very hospitable and welcoming.
WiFi was not brilliant and although the breakfast options were excellent, the bread was not fresh and walnuts were rancid. Please note that there is no spa facility but you can order a massage to have in your hotel room if you wish"
"I stayed here with my wife and 3-year-old son. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. It's a great place for families with children or anybody looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Bukhara's historic old city."
