"Wonderful Property and Exceptional Management
I had to check in around 1:00 AM due to a delayed flight, and there was an issue with the access card. Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes. Even more commendable, the property manager personally traveled a considerable distance in the middle of the night to deliver a new access card-despite the fact that I already had temporary access. That level of commitment is truly unmatched.

"Good location for food but not so good for getting to the train stations. Note there are two Bukit Bintang stations across the road from each other, make sure you get to the correct station. You can use Grab also. "
