"Nice place but they are really short staffed. Waited 30 minutes to get an ice latte during breakfast and had to called twice to get shower gel. Workers seemed a bit overwhelmed and stressed out. I am shocked the hotel won’t hire more staff during high season"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the main street, and being situated along a boulevard makes it easy to find taxis and get around the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that kept the room nice and cool. Amenities were basic but included everything we needed, such as a hair dryer and mini fridge. One of the best values of this hotel is its affordability. The breakfast buffet was simple but good, offering a variety of options to start the day. Overall, Swiss-Belresort Pecatu is a convenient, comfortable, and budget-friendly choice, but with the characteristic of a larger chain hotel, and we would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel , outstanding in terms of cleanliness , breakfast spread was very diverse, multiple options to choose from, friendly and welcoming staffs. However the cost/ night was ridiculously expensive around the time we were there ( influx of tourist) BTW hotel is NOT directly connected to the beach even though their description says so. You walk past a public parking at the back of the hotel and then walk through sea food vendors / restaurant to get to the beach !"
