"Great service and clean"

"Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out of things to do. The free plantation tour was nice along with our paid mountain bike tour to the waterfall. The activities program is extensive. We only stayed 2 nights this time but in the future we will try to stay for 3!"

"The entire team is super friendly, caring, and attentive. From check-in at the pavilion and then being escorted to the villa, from daily activity bookings to in-room services, its dining experience. Of course we booked this property for its natural beautiful surroundings. It was a memorable 4-nights retreat, highly recommended!"

"Amazing service, both the hotel and the seaside restaurant. The front desk seemed truly interested if we had a good time and welcomed us back. I do want to go back. Two small issues. Don't folow Google maps to get there. It takes you just to the eastern edge of the property, not the entrance. Second. The beds were kind of hard. But we had the garden rooms and they were spacious and the grounds are beautiful. "

"We enjoyed hanging out in the pool area watching the sunset. They need to fully inflate the SUPs as it is only possible to sit on them, not stand. We really enjoyed listening to the live DJ. Hopefully the beach sidewalk path will be finished soon."
