"Overall our stay was decent for two nights. The men working the reception who helped us with our luggage storage were very professional, helpful, and friendly. During the time of check-in, it was a bit off-putting that the woman working made me go back to the self-check in kiosk after I had waited to check-in. Seems like better customer servir would be for the employee to check-in the guest and let them kiosks be an option, just doesn't give off a good first impression. But she did give me an extra towel upon request.

Elevator works great (if you're carrying luggages). Room was sort of a bare-minimum. It's great for just needing place to sleep with minimal accommodations. Bed was comfortable and bathroom were clean.
Bathroom is set up weird where there's only a curtain separating the shower, so the shower lightly floods the bathroom floor. It wasn't really bad, just annoying. Another suggestion I'd give the hotel, is slightly bigger garbage cans, and a fridge in the rooms would be nice to have.
The area is extremely accessible to the Kloten bus stop and train station make it easy to get to Zurich HB or the airport. Aldis is right across the street."
