"Perhaps it's my fault for not reading the initial listing for Guest House 32 closely enough, but I was unaware the toilet and shower were shared. The Expedia listing is confusing because it clearly states: "Extra conveniences in all rooms include: Rainfall showers and hair dryers". Yet my room did not include a shower or a toilet and was right across the hall from the single shared toilet. "The staff was great the food was yummy the location was out of this world. We loved the place so much we booked another night! It is located in a valley with a beautiful mountain stream where the mountains on either side of you shoot right up to the sky! A truly magical place."

When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. "From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly.
