"All was well until my last night … I went down to the kitchen to order food … I told the bar tender I would like it to go. He told me to sit at a table and wait for the server, so I did but never once did the waiter come to my table .. yes a I am black female. It was after that the bartender who is also black saw that I had been sitting for more than 10 without being waited on took my order. The waiter for the area who was a tall white male caught eyes with me 8 times yet passed me by each time. After my order was placed, it took about 30 mins to receive my food which came out as if it was being room serviced instead of it being packed in a to go box and bag. Needless to say I won’t be back to this property because of this. I forgot to mention everyone in the dining area was a white male as all had be attended to while I was waiting. "

"The hotel was modern, clean and welcoming. The room was a great size with great facilities. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing that could have been improved was the size of the third bed. It was quite small and low for a third adult."
