"This property is great, just one thing was one of the days that we were going for a swim, there was no towels on the rack. So my partner went downstairs to the lobby coz the phone by the pool area was broken. However, the towels never came, so my son went back upstairs wet and cold"

"Stayed here on a trip to universal. Room looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Bed and sheets were perfectly clean, TV worked great. Bathroom and shower were updated and spotless.
