"We were not accommidated in this property. We booked it because it was said it is in the center but when we arrived we were accommodated it a property which was 15 min walking. We booked a studio with a small kitchen, they gave us a tiny tiny room!!!!"

"Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider haben wir das Appartement nicht gereinigt übergeben bekommen, einige Sachen waren kaputt oder fehlten. Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! "Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent. The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "

"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "
