"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"The apartment is as basic as it gets. More comparable to a youth hostel. On the positive it was fine to accommodate for a family of four and conveniently close to Chapel Bridge. However, the bed and bathroom are very basic. The bathroom needs updating as there was peeling paint on the ceiling and door. I Kitchen functional but basic. Only four bath towels provided. No hand towels. Elevator was broken on our exit where we had to carry luggage and bags for a family of four down five...

"My stay was only ok. A few basic things were missing like hand soap and cups. The accommodation is basic and minimal. I did request for cups and was told that I would get those in the morning from housekeeping that did not happen. I was also woken very early with noise out the back some item was being repaired by workmen so had a poor sleep."

"On site staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our travel needs and needs in the apartment. The apartment had all things you need to make a meal and relax. It’s close to walking trails and grocery stores. Very walkable distance to bus and train, especially the bus comes every 10mins very convenient. "Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."
