"Out of our 3 stays while in Portugal, this was our least favorite. The property is almost too big and they can't seem to keep up with the amount of work and reno needed to maintain a property of this size. It rained the 1st night we arrived and a water leak caused water to get into the electrical panel while we were sleeping and cut the power. When we woke in the morning and called the front desk they sent a technician and eneded up having to move us to another villa. The pics on the website make it look a lot nicer than it actually is. They also have no indoor pool or heated pool. They do allow kids to visit the spa pool from 8-10am but the pool guy is actually there at the same time, cleaning the pool and adding chemicals, which doesn't seem very safe!! And the "heated" pool wasn't even that warm. It was freezing! The food was mediocre at best. The burger was kind of mystery meat... The plus was the staff. They were all very nice and lovely. I wouldn't stay here again, though. "

"We had a great 4-night stay at Marina Club Suite Hotel. Alessandro gave us a welcoming tour during our day trip, which convinced us to book for a birthday celebration the following week. Miquel checked us in and kindly handled our luggage, making us feel comfortable right away. Our Superior Studio with a pool view was spotless and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linen. Housekeeping provided excellent service throughout our visit. Though the indoor pool and spa had a small fee, they were impressive. The hotel’s location is convenient—near a supermarket, restaurants, and away from marina noise. Walking distance to the train station, East Beach, and town makes it easy to explore. We’d gladly stay again and recommend the hotel for an enjoyable Algarve experience. "

"Wonderful selection for breakfast"

"Hotel views were stunning and staff was very friendly. They were doing some construction while we were there hence the one point off but the hotel and grounds were clean and modern. The outdoor pool had a fantastic view but too cold for when we visited in March so our kids played in the indoor pool instead. It would have been nice if the indoor pool had similar views - there was a glass window but facing the grassy interior instead of the ocean. But other than that, we loved our stay."

"This is a property that is spread out. Very confusing to get to the room. Keys didn’t work when we arrived at room. Security let us in - I guess we looked tired and, to get to reception, it was a long hallway and a set of stairs. Then another hallway and two sets of stairs. We then walked the length of a hallways and down a long set of stairs. "

"The views from our bedroom were amazing and we were steps from the beach!! The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. The staff were spectacular, very kind, and super accommodating - they had a kettle we could use for our room!"

"The staff was helpful and check in went smoothly. The room was better than I expected and the parking was easy and spots available. I had the breakfast buffet and the selection was good and I would recommend it. Overall, I had a very good experience at Ancora Park and would stay there again."
