The hotel offers adequate service and amenities for a short stay. It is an old ottoman house which has its own charm, and the staff do their best to upkeep it and make it a pleasant environment.
The property is located in a very convenient place for walking to all the places you would want to visit in Bursa city, and for public transportation.
There were a few minor issues but the staff is very willing and prompt with their assistance.
I didn't care for the breakfast; they are still serving an individual tray with the same items every day. But I am giving up on hotel breakfast now. It seems to be a problem generally. There is no longer decent coffee or fruit offered. It is difficult for those with food allergies and special circumstances to have a decent breakfast, as it is mostly bread(and white flour, which is of course unhealthy and not for those with gluten allergies) and cheese, and perhaps a boiled egg. It is difficult to eat that every day for 8 days in a row.
Other than that, I would recommend the hotel to others for a simple but clean place to stay.
