Schrecklich- Rewards Punke nicht erhalten

Das schlimmste Hotel, was wir je hatten und wir haben schon in sehr vielen Hotels übernachtet. Personal an der Rezeption kann nicht einmal englisch sprechen. Zum Glück hatten wir einen türkischen Freund dabei. Wir hatten 3 EZ gebucht, die auch bei Buchung bestätigt wurden. Es gab keine 3 EZ. Wir mussten dann 1 EZ und 1 DZ nehmen. Im Hotel mussten wir in bar bezahlen und haben keine Quittung bekommen. Expedia hat das Hotel ein paarmal angeschrieben und wollte eine Bestätigung haben, dass wir dort übernachtet haben. Das Hotel hat auf mehrere Anfragen nicht reagiert, auch nicht auf Nachrichten in türkischer Sprache. Anrufe blieben ebenfalls erfolglos. Die Rewards Punkte werden deshalb nicht gut geschrieben. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Service, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit unterste Schublade! Am liebsten würde ich Minuspunkte vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre. Nie wieder dieses Hiotel!

2 gün Eşimle birlikte kaldık. Yattığımız yatağın bir ayağı kırıktı Yatak çökmüşdü. Yerler ahşap zemin olduğu için yukarıdaki odanın ayak sesleri rahatsız ediciydi. Klimalar bakimsizdi ilk gün toz uflemesinden uyuyamadik. Biz idare ettik ama otel kalınacak gibi değildi ucuz ama tavsiye etmem.

This was the worst hostel I ever saw He had accepted for advertising without prepayment, but when we arrived, the reservation announced that he had no place to stay, and that he would like to complain to the police. It was a very bad place, it was very difficult for us.

kesinlikle ya ödeme yapın ya da gitmeden arayın. vardığımızda geç kaldınız oda yok dediler,giriş saati 13.00 olabilir ama o saatte girmek zorunda değilim bunu bahane olarak sunmak ayrı bir fiyasko. ayrıca kapıda duran çocuk gerçekten çocuk lakayt bir konuşma biçimine sahipti.

Sistemlerinde rezervasyonum görülmediği için mağdur edildim. Beni bayram bayram ailemle beraber apaçık ortada bıraktılar bir de hakkını helal et deyip durdular. Paramla rezil oldum!

KONAKLAYAMADIK ! 9188518686008 onay kodu ile gittiğimiz otelde oda yok. İsteseniz iki kişilik oda var, 3.kişiye yer yatağı atarız denildi. 600 km yol gitmişiz yol yorgunuyuz, otelde kalamadan ayrıldık Bursa'dan. Otelin yeri ve konumu çok zor,park yeri yok, İstanbul tarlabaşı ortamını anımsatıyor. Çok rezalet bir gündü.Hakkıyla yapamıyorsanız Bu işleri bırakın.İnsanları madur etmeyin.

Otelin konumu çok çok iyiydi,hemen hemen tüm yerleri yürüyerek gezdik.Giriş işlemi 13.00 denmesine rağmen 13.40 gittiğimide oda hazır değildi yarım saat dolandık dışarda.Temizliğe daha dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor (biz üstümüze yorgan örtmedik).Onun haricinde çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor ve sıkıntı görmedik.Temizliğe dikkat edilirse tam bir fiyat performans oteli.Tekrar kalmayı düşünebileciğim bir otel.

Being small and locating in a traditionally looking house is not enough to qualify for a boutique hotel. This is rather a small spartan venue. Good value for money, though, and a great location - there are hardly comparable properties that open walkable access to Bursa old city

Lugar acogedor y cómodo a buen precio

El Hotel Yesil Butik es un pequeño hotel, acogedor y cálido. Todo estaba en muy buen estado. Disponen de Kettel con te y café que viene muy bien para el invierno. También tienen terraza. Muy limpio. Quizá el único aspecto menos positivo es que el personal no habla mucho inglés.

Strategic location but need to upgrade basic needs

Not well known since taxi driver didnt know where it is. A bit hilly but low gradient so it is ok if your knee hurts a little. Very strategic location, close to places of interest, restaurant, and shopping. Hotel could be better with a bit more effort by owner to provide better and cleaner towels and bed sheets. Dont mind paying a bit more for these essentials.
