"Overall I had a very good stay. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. I especially appreciated being allowed to stay in the same room between two separate reservations, which made my trip much easier.
The hotel was clean, well laid out, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pet fee.
The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars was the mattress. It had a very large rust-colored stain that was impossible to miss. I didn't report it during my stay because having staff enter the room or moving rooms wasn't practical for my situation, but it made me uncomfortable throughout my visit. I hope the mattress has since been replaced so future guests don't have the same experience.
Other than that, I had a positive stay and would consider staying here again."
