The hotel was beautiful. The lobby spacious and stunning. Very helpful lobby and reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some mould around the tiles in the bathroom. The maids were very friendly and obviously hard working. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool (and more again to buy a swimming cap for the indoor pool). It cost £15 per person for use of the pool. Not worth it especially if you have a family to pay for.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I was looking for a nice and cosy accommodation close to the Busan train station. Well, this hotel is way more than just that. The room was comfortable with incredible toiletries, bathrobe, high quality slippers, LG styler (have never seen something like this before!), and just stylish minimalist decor. The rooftop bar with a pool is a total gem. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Thank you for great service.

Nothing wrong with this hotel at all. Slap bang in the middle of where the action is, yet quiet and peaceful. And good value for money.

Good place and economic. Price worthy.

Thank you, excellent service and nice room! They even helped us find parking for our car.

Near to Lotte Mall. Many local foods around the area. A convenience store just few steps from front door. Staff were helpful and nice. The room space is very big when comparing other hotels in the area with the same price. Water pressure is great and room is really clean. Highly recommended.

Its an amazing property very close to metro and bus.

Really good hotel about an 8 minute walk from a Metro Station. Breakfast was limited but as it was free, it was fine. WiFi was super fast and had my own WiFi router in my room. Smart TV there also so able to log into my YouTube and Netflix. Nice comfortable bed as well. Highly recommend this place!!

very good

The hotel is excellent but the location, at the top of a hill, means a bit of a trek to reach the main areas of interest near sea level. At least there is a escalator for coming back up the hill.

The hotel is really good, but some things could be improved. For example, there is not a single chair in the lobby, never mind anything more comfortable. The hotel is also geared towards Korean guests - no map of Ulsan available with street names and the rest written in Latin alphabet. Also the restaurant stops serving Korean food at 8 pm, while Western dishes remain available until 11 pm. I have them at home as well.

Excellent friendly staff who go out their way to help you. Rooms are spotless clean well taking care of and modern with good views

Convenient for car parking and free. Room is clean and good wifi. Fair English speaking staff and no very helpful. Easy to find restaurants around and near shopping plaza EMart

good standard room, good mattress, nice bathroom, very clean, international breakfast (including continental and English breakfast). Close to many amenities and shopping center. In few words, good choice.
