"First off , the staff.. so so amazing. I had gotten food poisoning from a tour I did, and they were so helpful keeping me hydrated and had tablets to let me enjoy my vacation. The food options were great, many options. This can just be your stay without ever visiting town. The view was jaw dropping everyday. Aircon was strong , even had to turn it off it got so cold. "This is far from the city so I booked this place after spending 2 days in downtown. The cottages are very private but so inconvenient if you want to go to the pool. It was a hike to get to the pool, also, unfortunately we had a post op family member, so she was not able to go. The pool was not maintained, paint in the pool was chipping and the water was murky. "Do not mistake the Express part of the resort for the Gardens part. Our Express room did not have a refrigerator, or even a kettle. It was of poor grade. The room kept falling apart. Even getting thru the resort to the Express building is difficult. The entire resort closed it's dining room for all lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly. No restraunts nor stores within walking distance."
