"The room was decently clean and comfortable, although it could definitely benefit from some updating. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel could use a thorough deep cleaning, particularly in the common areas.
Parking was another issue. When the hotel is at or near full capacity, there simply isn’t enough parking available for all of the guests, which can be frustrating.

"The location is great if you want to check out the Inner Harbor area or attend a Ravens/Orioles game. It was an easy walk to both. The front desk staff was very helpful after my initial phone call. Park in the Harbor Court Garage but don't scan the QR code on the wall signs (even though the signs say you have to). When you check-in, tell them you parked in the garage and give them your license plate number and you can get a better rate through the hotel. The front desk didn't tell me any of that...
