"Rooms were very clean and spacious.. hotel was well located meters from Petra visitors center..breakfast was delicious..very friendly staff..high tech hotel.. air conditioning worked perfect…100% cotton sheets..comfortable mattress.. lots of restaurants and shopping stores around..! I recommend this hotel 100 %"

"Hi there this review is a bit late but I would just like to thank the staff, Thaer was great during my stay, and on the fianl night I broke my leg and the manager I think He was called Mamoun, came from home to stay with me at the hospital while I was being treated, they were fantastic and couldnt have been nicer to me with my broken leg"

"Property is just up the hilly road from the Petra visitor center which you can see from the location. Perfect stay if you have a car because there is parking and driving down to Petra visitor center / restaurant strip is a 1min drive. No need to even GPS it. The rooms were okay. The owner lives onsite and is very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again for the price! "

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."
