When we discovered that the bidet in our room wasn't working, the staff moved us to another room the next day and even upgraded us and gave us drink vouchers, which was a very thoughtful gesture. "We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and staff were excellent and a fun place to stay. We had an A/C issue and they did offer to move us to another room, but we were tired and it was late when we got back. Things worked out fine though and we'd gladly return again."

"What I liked was that the room was adequately clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was wide open with many tables spread around. It would have been a better experience if the closet in the room was maintained well and organized. Breakfast could have included more choices of items."

Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. "I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work."

"Great ambience. Clean rooms … helpful staff. Beautiful room windows and rec areas including outdoor spaces. Will def stay again. The history is rich and plentiful too with a great spot just a block away for grabbing a bite to eat and / or a drink too!"
